It is a type of tea that is made from Camellia sinensis leaves that have not undergone withering and oxidation process compared to black tea.
It originates from China but its production has spread to many countries. It has been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years across Asia.
It is believed to have lot of benefits such as lowering blood pressure, weight loss, heart diseases just to mention a few.
